WALTHAM, January 31, 2020. Greater Boston PFLAG is pleased to announce the appointment of Sunnie Kaufmann-Paulman as its new Executive Director. Sunnie (she/her/hers) is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of mission-driven experience in education, sports, and nonprofit program administration.

Sitting through the hearing this morning was so inspiring! The hearing committee had few questions, but allowed speaker after speaker to eloquently present their perspective on why moving this bill forward promptly is crucial.

August 20 - As Val Frias departs for her new position as CEO of Ethos, the Board has hired Ellen Sturgis to serve as Interim Executive Director while the search is on for a permanent replacement.

WALTHAM, July 23, 2019. GBPFLAG announced today that Valerie Frias, Executive Director for the past three years, has submitted her resignation from GBPFLAG to become CEO of Ethos, the Jamaica Plain-based elderly and disabled home and community-based care organization. Frias’s last day at PFLAG will be August 16.

We are excited to announce that our Arlington Open LGBTQ+ group will be merging with our Lexington Open LGBTQ+ Group. The Lexington Group meets on the at 7:00pm on the 2nd Thursday of the month at First Parish Church, 7 Harrington Rd in Lexington.
