Roman Catholic Church
Dignity works for respect and justice for all gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender persons in the Catholic Church and the world through education, advocacy and support. Although there are no known fully-inclusive Roman Catholic Churches, there are local Dignity chapters where gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons and their allies can meet for spiritual comfort and encouragement.
