Lutheran (ELCA)
Every member of the Lutheran Task Force of ELCA Studies on Sexuality (2005) sincerely acknowledged the love of God for all people, homosexual and heterosexual, and strongly affirmed their welcome in the life of the ELCA. However, neither among themselves nor in the church did the task force find a consensus for changing the church's policies on blessings or on ordination, consecration and commissioning. Nevertheless, the local congregations listed below have publicly declared that they welcome all God's people, specifically including sexual orientation and gender identity, into the life, work and fellowship of the congregation.
